All condos and homes are considered non-smoking, unless otherwise indicated. Some homes will permit smoking on outdoor patios.

Several of our properties do allow pets and this is indicated on the property information. A non-refundable deposit is required.
All linens are provided except for beach towels. On occasion, the owner may have beach towels available, but we cannot guarantee this.
This depends upon the unit, an is generally noted in the property details. Feel free to inquire prior to booking, especially if this is important to you.
Check in information and directions will be sent to you once final payment has been received and cleared. This will vary according to the unit and leasing agent.
Your Check In Information will include after hours instructions, as well as a number that you can call 24/7.
During the busier times of year, it is difficult to guarantee an early check in as housekeeping needs time to get the unit ready for the next guest. At other times of year, it may be possible, so feel free to inquire as you arrival date gets closer and we can check for you.
This presents the same issue as in the previous question. Once again, we are happy to check for you as your arrival date gets closer.
Your Welcome Packet will contain emergency contact information in the event of any repairs or maintenance. Maintenance crews will endeavor to work around your schedule.
There is not much that you need to do prior to departure. Housekeeping fees have been included in your payment. We do ask that you put the dishes in the dishwasher and run it and take the trash out. Also, if you rearranged any furniture, please return to its original location. Please remember that you are staying in someone’s home and treat it as you would your own.
