As a full-service home concierge company, we can handle it all—from home security checks to personal errands, housekeeping and emergencies services. That is why they trust us to open and close their homes for them before they arrive and after they depart.
Opening a home after a lengthy absence typically requires turning on the water, the water heater, all major appliances, adjusting the A/C and heating systems, housekeeping, removing and cleaning deck or patio furniture, flushing the toilets, and running the water. Our property managers also provide additional services, including shopping for groceries, running errands, mail and even airport pickup.
When closing your home after you depart for an extended period of time, our property management team will make certain your heating and cooling systems are on the proper setting and that the main water is turned off. They will also unplug all major appliances and test the smoke and C02 detectors.
